Casa Cardinali

Casa Cardinali originates from a concept of genuine and homely hospitality, deeply connected to the history of the house and its surroundings. Laura personally welcomes her guests into the country residence where she lives, a property that has belonged to her family since 1973. Since 2012, a portion of the estate has been dedicated to hosting visitors, preserving the traditional essence of a Bed & Breakfast: opening the doors of one’s home while offering privacy, independence, and private spaces. The property features three rooms, which can be booked individually or together. Depending on the chosen option, guests may also have access to the living room and a private kitchen. The guest area has its own separate entrance from the main house, and all rooms include private bathrooms. The Nicchio and Solata rooms are located on the upper floor, while the Ronchello room is on the ground floor. Ronchello is pet-friendly and includes the living room, with the option to add use of the private kitchen. The windows offer pleasant views of the surrounding nature and the medieval village architecture, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere throughout the day. Each room is equipped with towels, soaps, and comfortable slippers for guests to use during their stay. Breakfast is served in different areas depending on the accommodation: guests staying in the rooms on the first floor can enjoy it in the dedicated breakfast room, which is always accessible and equipped with a teapot, while those in the Ronchello room have breakfast prepared in the private kitchen adjacent to the living room. The outdoor spaces are an essential part of the Casa Cardinali experience. The garden, meadows, and woods invite guests to spend pleasant moments outdoors, with shaded areas perfect for reading or snacking, and sunnier spots ideal for relaxing by the pond. During the summer months, a hot water outdoor shower is also available. From June to September 2026, guests will have the opportunity to dine in the cellar adjacent to the property, a space that once belonged to Laura’s family. For summer 2026, it will host “Alla Mano,” a well-known local venue specializing in handmade pasta. Laura is always happy to offer suggestions, directions, and helpful tips to explore the area and enjoy a more authentic stay. Welcoming international guests is made easier by her fluency in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, along with some knowledge of Dutch.
